Welcome to Coinpro Wallet! By accessing or using our website, applications, and services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating a wallet or using any feature.

By creating a wallet or otherwise using Coinpro Wallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Coinpro Wallet. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is permitted under the laws of your country or jurisdiction. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or are a resident of, any region where the use of cryptocurrency services is prohibited or where you would be a sanctioned person.
Coinpro Wallet is a self-custodial (non-custodial) multi-chain wallet. This means you—and only you—control your funds and your private keys. Coinpro Wallet never stores, transmits, or has access to your recovery phrase, private keys, or passwords. We cannot access, freeze, reverse, or recover your assets on your behalf.
When you create a wallet, you are given a secret recovery phrase (seed phrase). This phrase is the only way to restore access to your wallet. You are solely responsible for securely storing and backing up your recovery phrase and password. If you lose your recovery phrase, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone, including Coinpro Wallet. Never share your recovery phrase or password with anyone. Coinpro Wallet will never ask you for your recovery phrase.
Coinpro Wallet provides software that allows you to create wallets, store, send, receive, swap, and manage supported cryptocurrencies and tokens across multiple blockchain networks. We provide access to the blockchain; we do not act as a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor. All transactions are executed on public blockchains and are irreversible once confirmed.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every transaction you make, including recipient addresses, network selection, and amounts. Blockchain transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed. Sending assets to an incorrect address, an unsupported network, or an incompatible token contract may result in permanent loss of those assets, for which Coinpro Wallet is not responsible.
You agree not to use Coinpro Wallet for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, or any other illegal activity; to infringe the rights of others; to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Services; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data. We may suspend or restrict access to the Services where we reasonably suspect a violation of these terms or applicable law.
Blockchain transactions require network (gas) fees that are paid to network validators, not to Coinpro Wallet. Coinpro Wallet may also charge a service fee for certain features such as swaps. Any applicable fees will be shown to you before you confirm a transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted to the network.
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (such as market data feeds, swap or liquidity providers, and blockchain explorers). Coinpro Wallet does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or content. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and may be subject to that provider's own terms.
Cryptocurrencies are volatile and their value may fluctuate significantly. Using digital assets involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you use the Services at your own discretion. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect the limited information we process when you use the Services.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Coinpro Wallet are the property of Coinpro Wallet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Coinpro Wallet does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinpro Wallet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of assets, profits, or data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services—including any loss resulting from a lost recovery phrase, user error, or blockchain network activity.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coinpro Wallet, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Because Coinpro Wallet is non-custodial, you may stop using the Services at any time and retain full control of your assets through your recovery phrase. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services (such as our website or app features) if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activity.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through the appropriate courts having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, please reach out to us through our Contact or Support page.
At Coinpro Wallet, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring you remain in full control of your personal information. Review our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your data and empower your Web3 journey with security and transparency.
