Troubleshooting
Common issues and quick fixes.
Getting started
- Import an existing wallet using your recovery phrase (never share it with anyone).
- Create a new wallet and securely back up your recovery phrase offline.
- Use Dashboard to view balances and actions for each coin.
Transactions
- Always match the network (e.g., ERC20 vs BSC vs Tron) before sending/receiving.
- Use History to copy TX ID and track confirmations in a block explorer.
- Fees are network fees; they can change with congestion.
Security
- Coinpro will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
- If you shared your seed phrase anywhere, move funds to a new wallet immediately.
- Beware of fake support accounts and phishing links.
Troubleshooting
- Restart the app/browser and try again if a page looks stuck.
- Double-check your network selection and destination address format.
- If a transfer is pending, wait for confirmations; explorers are the source of truth.
FAQs
Fast answers to common questions.
My deposit didn’t arrive. What should I check?
Check that you used the correct network and address, then look up the TX ID in a block explorer for confirmations. If the explorer shows confirmed, refresh your Dashboard/History.
Why is my transaction pending?
Pending means the network hasn’t confirmed it yet. This can happen during congestion or if the fee is too low. Track it using the TX ID in History.
Can you recover my wallet if I lose my recovery phrase?
No. Recovery phrases are the only way to restore access. Store them offline and never share them.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page to send a request. For urgent issues, include your coin, network, and TX ID (never include seed phrases).
Still need help?
Reach out with details (coin, network, TX ID). Never share your recovery phrase or private keys.
